Design of web portal for video streaming

  In CUADRADOS we made the design of web portal of streaming video for Canary WebCams, company that realizes direct video streaming in the Canarias. Canarias WebCams starts with the idea of showing the Canaries without leaving home, but never as a substitute for a trip between islands, but as a platform where you can enjoy the charms of this archipelago and to encourage all those people to visit these places that you have seen through the cameras in real time with an unbeatable quality. The purpose of this page is that each corner of the Canary Islands can be observed from anywhere in the world, from a beach where surfing, to a place where a dance is celebrated and, why not, to show our traditions with audio and video.

Live broadcast of events

  Canarias WebCams is a collaboration project between Grupo SiempreWeb, Dial Communication and CUADRADOS Studio, to offer live video streaming services in the Canary Islands. As a result of this collaborative we made the Official App of the Carnival of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, which showed 8 live webcams on all the events and performances of the Carnival of Tenerife 2016. In addition a mobile app of the Carnival, the cameras were published in streaming Live 24h / 7d throughout the duration of the Carnival on the web Canary WebCams. There was a great diffusion in the social networks, which translated into a great success of acceptance and visits to the web of Canary WebCams and to the web of the City council of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. We have also retransmitted other events such as town hall plenary sessions, Noche en Blanco, organized by the City Council of San Cristóbal de La Laguna, or events in collaboration with the IAC, Canary Islands Astrophysics Institute, to retransmit several astronomical events, such as the eclipse of The Super Moon of September 2015, with more than 400,000 visits in one night, or the Geminids Shooting Stars 2015.
